All Councillors are summoned to an Ordinary Meeting of Kislingbury Parish Council to be held in the Village Hall, Ashby Court, Kislingbury on Tuesday 10^th December 2024 at 7.00pm.

1. Apologies for Absence

To receive and agree apologies for absence.

2. Declarations of Interest

To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, Other Pecuniary Interests and Registerable Non-Pecuniary Interests relating to items on the agenda, having regard to the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice before the meeting.

3. Minutes of Previous Meeting

To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 19^th November 2024.

To receive information regarding shared sponsorship of a PCSO, discuss and agree any actions.  Police Sergeant Lorna Clarke (Towcester and Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team) will attend.

10. Grant Applications for 2025/26

To review the grant applications received by the Council, discuss and agree any payments to be made.

11. Budget for 2025/26

To review the draft budget for 2025/26, discuss and agree.

12. Precept for 2025/26

To discuss and agree the precept request to West Northamptonshire Council for 2025/26

13. Health and Safety Issues and Risk Assessment

To receive an update report and agree any actions.

14. Signage in Church Lane

To discuss the request from a resident for additional signage near the end of Church Lane to indicate that it is a no-through road.  Agree any actions.

15. Website, Social Media and Responding to Correspondence

To discuss how the Council interacts with Parishioners and decide any actions.

16. Planning

To review any current planning applications and agree any comments.
