KISLINGBURY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

 

All Councillors are summoned to an Ordinary Meeting of Kislingbury Parish Council to be held in the Village Hall, Ashby Court, Kislingbury on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at 7.30pm.

 1.Apologies for Absence

To receive and agree apologies for absence.

2.Declarations of Interest

To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, Other Pecuniary Interests and Registerable Non-Pecuniary Interests relating to items on the agenda, having regard to the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice before the meeting.

 3.Minutes of Previous Meeting

To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 17th September 2024.

To discuss the email received from NCALC regarding the Councillor training programme and agree any actions.

10.Flood Management
To discuss the email request from Flore Parish Council regarding the possibility of a co-ordinated approach between villages in times of flooding.  Agree any actions.

11.Urban Highway Grass Mowing 2024

To review the documents received from WNC regarding grass mowing for 2024, discuss and agree any actions.

12.Installation of VAS Signs

To receive the latest quote for installation of the signs, discuss and agree any actions.

13.Councillor Information for Website

To discuss and agree the inclusion of Councillor photographs and contact details for the website.

14.Planning

To receive an update on the Hodges Lane planning application.

 15.Finance Report

To receive the latest finance report from Cllr J Mallett.

To receive the financial statement: to note payments and receipts.

To consider and agree invoices to be paid.

To agree the direct debit payment for the year for the Data Protection Licence Fee.

To review reducing balances against budget headings and overall reducing balance.

16.Budget for 2025/26

To review the initial draft budget for 2025/26, discuss and agree any proposed changes.
