This session has been arranged by the South Northants Neighbourhood Policing team. It is aimed at the more mature members of the community although anyone is welcome.

There will be representatives from the Police including Fraud, cybercrime, crime prevention and safer roads.  There will be a fire service community engagement teams, Ageing well, South Northants volunteer board, Energy Matters who work alongside Citizens advice, Northants sports and other agencies. There will also be a yoga teacher doing chair yoga tuition.

The aim is to make this a one stop shop for any matters which may affect senior residents.  There will be free refreshments on the day.
