Our Neighbourhood Plan is an important document which clearly identifies how many new houses can be built in the village between 2016 and 2029. With the Spitfire development we have reached our maximum number of new houses in the village. We do have infill opportunities for development in the village. It’s a really important document for the village so we can protect the village from being overwhelmed by developers and development.
