to consider & resolve the following matters. Members of the public & press are welcome to attend.

AGENDA

1. APOLOGIES – Reasons for absence to be recorded.
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS – Both interest & nature of interest to be declared. Any changes must be made & registered within 28 days.
3. Agreement for Mrs A. Hughes to act as note-taker for the meeting
4. PARISHIONERS VOICE – Members of the public have been allocated a 15 minutes’ slot for this item. Any further public discussion is at the discretion of the Council.
5. MINUTES of previous meeting to be agreed & signed as a correct record.
6. PLANNING
   a) Applications Received & Plans determined
7. Pursuant to section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1969 it is
   resolved that, because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, the
   public and press leave the meeting whilst consideration is being given to this item of a
   personal nature.
8. ESTABLISHING A HUMAN RELATIONS (HR) COMMITTEE – To discuss the creation of an HR Committee with terms of reference that empower it to be responsible for all aspects of HR, including performance management, recruitment, putting HR policies and documents in place.
9. FINANCE – There will be a discussion of how parish council finance will be handled. Cllr J. Mallett will report. Printed spreadsheets will be available to councillors. Topics to be
   covered include:
   Bank Balances, Monies Received, Invoices to be paid.

   ● Bank mandate update
   ● CIL report (S. Deane)
10. AGAR REPORTS – Cllr Mallett will rapport on the progress being made on submitting these
